James Colombo Jr.

Jim Colombo is the founder, CEO, and President of JCJ Consulting.  He has over 30 years of professional history of providing IT services to customers in the intelligence and defense communities.  His areas of expertise include enterprise architecture, system integration, cybersecurity, and enterprise cloud analytics. He has been the lead system engineer on several award-winning projects.

Prior to founding JCJ Consulting, Jim was Vice President for Advanced IT Systems at Alion Science and Technology, Director of System Engineering at Proteus Technologies, and Principal System Engineer at both Henggeler Consulting and Raytheon Technologies.

Jim earned his Master’s of Business Administration, Master’s of Information Systems and Bachelor's of Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
